When Chris's cousin Grant and his fiance Juliana got engaged, we were honored they asked us to do a little engagement session. We had a great time shooting them enjoying some of their favorite things -- coffee, reading & video games -- and checking out some of their favorite Chicago spots!
Eric and Lizzie met ten years ago at a college Halloween party, and have been together ever since. They tied the knot in a small courthouse wedding in Chicago, and asked us to help commemorate the occasion. We started with family portraits and some shots at the Chicago Cultural Center (an art-deco bonanza!), and the couple braved some brutal sub-zero temperatures on State Street and on the Chicago River. We capped off the afternoon (and warmed up!) with some final shots at the mid-century/modern Viceroy Chicago.
Later that night, Eric and Lizzie celebrated with dinner and cocktails surrounded by close family and friends at the swanky Nico Osteria in the Gold Coast. It was a real pleasure to meet this stylish and adventurous couple, and we hope they had a great time on their honeymoon in India and Sri Lanka!
