Madison Winter Pop-Up Wedding // Etta & Albert

Etta and Albert had planned on a lovely fall wedding, but their love couldn't wait. So last month, they hatched an idea: a winter pop-up wedding!  And what a wedding it was! Spontaneous. Fun. Romantic. The day truly captured Etta and Albert as a couple. It was like they were always meant to elope.

Etta, Albert and about twenty of their loved ones descended upon the local gardens to celebrate their union. Next, they dropped into the welcoming and warm Weary Traveler for a meal. Then, a stop into The Field Table for a drink. The night ended at Paul's Club with a juke box and their favorite love songs. It was a whirlwind but we'll see them again for the reception in September. Can't wait!

Chicago Family Holiday Session // The Loop

When Matt and Amber asked us to take their Christmas card photos at two of the coolest old buildings in Chicago -- Harold Washington Library and Union Station -- we had to say yes! Little Miriam and Oliver are very smiley and take great pictures (when you can wrangle them). Things got a little derailed when Oliver burned his hand on a library heater, but he’s cute even when he’s pouting. He also fell asleep by the time we got to Union Station, but that didn’t stop us from snapping some pics! Thanks for the awesome idea guys!
