Chicago Family Holiday Session // The Loop

When Matt and Amber asked us to take their Christmas card photos at two of the coolest old buildings in Chicago -- Harold Washington Library and Union Station -- we had to say yes! Little Miriam and Oliver are very smiley and take great pictures (when you can wrangle them). Things got a little derailed when Oliver burned his hand on a library heater, but he’s cute even when he’s pouting. He also fell asleep by the time we got to Union Station, but that didn’t stop us from snapping some pics! Thanks for the awesome idea guys!

Wisconsin Fall Family Session // Whitnall Park in Franklin, WI

It might be a cold and snowy now, but when we met up with Jen, Tony and the boys a few short months ago, warm days were still a thing. And we didn't let that perfect fall day go to waste! We chased the boys, played with sticks, listened to kid jokes, chased them some more! :) By the end of it, we were exhausted and wondering how Jen and Tony do it every day! But Jen shed some light on that. When we shared these with Jen a couple of months ago, she noted that the last picture in the blog is her favorite because it "sums us up perfectly." Clearly, how they do it every day -- that is, raise two awesome boys -- is with a great sense of humor. Love this family!
